"I went to TK because I woke up and realized one day I gained over 40 lbs. I could not get myself up from a sitting position on the ground and I was always out of breath when I walked around the block. So I decided to hit the gym and change my junk food diet. I met TK and he showed me he was dedicated to help me lose those extra pounds. He pushed me to my fullest potential and knew my over limits. "Is your excuse for not losing weight related to a thyroid problem? I've had a thyroid problem since 2000 and after taking the radioactive iodine twice and losing a bunch of weight, I later gained all that weight back and more. I was tipping the scales at 260 lbs. I tried Weight Watchers and Curves and lost some, but I still needed help. I was actively seeing an Endocrinologist who made sure my thyroid levels were in the normal range. Meeting with TK in September 2008, he taught me and my husband to make healthier food choices by staying within a certain amount of calories. He also taught us a simple workout routine that we were able to do on our own. During the course of a year, while regularly communicating over the phone and email with TK, I was able to drop below 200 lbs. I really believe that after following his advice and guidance, I was able to get pregnant in August 2009 (been trying for 4 years). I am forever grateful to you, TK!"
