Fire up those glutes by doing the treadmill, stairclimber or eliptical machine, because that will engage more of the core and you'll get one hell of a workout.<br/>Also, you are always wanting to switch up your cardio routine every month or so. Obviously, the more difficult the exercise, the more you benefit. For example, I instruct a spinning class 4 days a week, so I have the stamina and endurance for one hour bike rides. But if I were to jump on the stairmaster, at first, I might be able to only do 30 minutes worth of climbing. Pick an exercise/machine that keeps you challenged.
